GVA’s national markets team in Edinburgh has announced that NHS Education for Scotland has agreed a new 10-year lease deal on part of the Westport 102 office property in Edinburgh. The 36,946 sq ft of office space in Edinburgh comprises the first, second and part of the third floors of the building.
The GVA team and FT Linden have also announced the sale of the 10,411 sq ft Unit 1 at Telford Square on the Houstoun Industrial Estate in Livingston for £261,580 to Alex Nangle (Electrical) Limited. Two further units remain available within this development.
Meanwhile Bowyer Bryce has sold the freesale of 2-4 Wallace Way in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, for £235,000. The 5,368 sq ft detached industrial property in Hitchin with a yard of around 4,000 sq ft comprises two adjacent single storey concrete-framed factories currently operating as a single unit.
