TRADE INVENTORY

Location
Situated just off Victoria Road, close to Kirkcaldy town Centre, the club has car parking to the front.
Accommodation
Internally, the premises comprise Styx Bar and the Ambassadeur Snooker Club. Styx has recently been refurbished to a high
quality standard with two seating areas provided. The upper area has a separate bar with the main seating area adjacent
to the dance floor and bar. The seating areas include booth style seating with private TVs. There is an American style pool
room with 14 tables. The Styx Function Suite can cater forprivate functions and up to 130 people.
The Ambassadeur Snooker club is particularly well known having hosted many famous names over the years. It
comprises two games rooms, one furnished with 6 tables and the other with 4. There are three individual suites each
furnished with a full sized table and seating area and a competition room with spectators seating. To the rear of the
property is a large enclosed external seating/smoking area.
