The building comprises a modern three storey office building, built in the early 1990s and comprising brick elevations with a pitched roof covered with concrete interlocking tiles.
Internally, the accommodation, located on the second floor, is designed in an open plan format although the current user has installed partitioning to create individual offices and meeting rooms etc. The specification includes a raised floor and a suspended ceiling with recessed lighting. There is a canteen facility on the ground floor, although this is not used at present. Some of the individual partitioned meeting rooms have localised comfort cooling.
