Anthony joined B8 Real Estate in 2017. While his primary role is within the occupational agency team, he also has active involvement in both the investment and development areas of the company.

John joined B8RE in January 2014 and is now an integral part of the investment team within B8RE, dealing with disposals and acquisitions throughout the UK for a variety of different clients.

Jon specialises in the disposal and acquisition of industrial properties and sites along with general property development in the North West of England. He has a vast market knowledge and experience in this sector having operated in the market for over 10 years in both niche and national practices in Liverpool, Manchester and Warrington.

Jon has a wide ranging client base from large investment funds, developers, property companies, private individuals and occupiers including F&C, Royal London Asset Management, Threadneedle, Peel Holdings, Peel Ports, Highcross, Hansteen, Liverpool Football Club, Lloyds Banking Group, Property Alliance Group, Morley Estates, Halton Borough Council and Carcraft.

Jon is recognised as one of the rising stars in the North West agency market with a proven track record of delivering deals and ideas for clients and was nominated as Insider Young Property Professional in 2010.

With over 20 years’ experience in the sector, Steve specialises in the disposal of all types of warehouse and industrial property throughout the North West along with wide-ranging development advice.

Thomas re-joined B8RE in July 2016 having previously spent an internship with the company in 2014/15. Thomas advises a number of clients in the North West on all aspects of occupier relocations and disposal of leasehold/ freehold commercial land and industrial real estate.
