It’s Official – NovaLoca Hits the Number One Slot!
This is great news for us and we have been working hard to drive as much traffic (i.e. potential customers for our clients) to our site as we possibly can in order to generate as many phone and email leads as possible to all the commercial properties listed on NovaLoca. We have been growing at a phenomenal rate since NovaLoca started and all this despite the “credit crunch” and slow down in both residential and commercial property transactions.
Well Alexa.com, widely recognised as the authority on comparing website traffic, has just placed us ahead of Estates Gazette’s property search site (widely regarded as the most visited commercial property portal in the UK – well until now that is!) in terms of ‘reach’* – see the graph below (from Alexa’s site!)
Please be assured that we won’t be resting on our laurels in our efforts to drive as many potential customers (occupiers) to search for commercial property through NovaLoca so it is regarded as the easiest site for potential occupiers looking for commercial property and the most valuable site by commercial property agents for generating leads!
