sbh Page & Read lets in Waltham Cross
O Twelve Estates managed by Rugby Asset Management has let Stuart House, a self-contained office building totalling 26,000 sq ft at Queensgate in Waltham Cross, to Telford Homes, which already occupied one floor of the building. In a related deal, Botswana Meat Commission has leased the first floor of Windsor House of 3,671 sq ft. sbh Page & Read, letting agent for the scheme, says there is one suite of 5,440 sq ft remaining, in Hanover House.
