Tuckerman has recently let the sixth floor of Westminster Tower on the Albert Embankment in London SE1 to SPARKS on behalf of CLSH Management. In September, Tuckerman let the second floor of Hope House at 45 Great Peter Street in London SW1 to The West India Committee, on behalf of the London Borough of Southwark. The five-year lease on the 786 sq ft property includes a tenant-only option to break after three years, at a rent of £31 per sq ft.

Separately, Tuckerman and Savills have let the ground floor office suite of 1,109 sq ft at 41-43 Maddox Street in London W1 on a sub-lease until June 2014 at a rent of £39.50 per sq ft to Clarity Search, on behalf of Beachcomber Tours.
