Comings and goings at DTZ

DTZ has appointed Andrew Heath, previously national partner in Strutt & Parker’s office agency and development team in London, to head its office agency team in Bristol. Heath joins the company, now part of Australia’s UGL group, as director.

Michael Hatt has also started work at DTZ this week as head of property management for the EMEA region. He was formerly the group chief executive of NB Real Estate, which was bought by Capita Symonds last year, and will be based in London in his new role at DTZ.

Meanwhile, Peter Leyburn, a senior director at DTZ and head of its CEMEA office agency team, has left the company to join Cushman & Wakefield, where he will be a partner and head of its office agency team in Italy. James Meikle, who previously headed C&W’s office agency team in Milan, has relocated to London to work in the corporate occupier & investor services division.

Property Week has also reported the departure of DTZ’s director of European valuation, Peter Stoughton-Harris, after 26 years, to become executive director of CBRE’s valuation and advisory team, and the exit of Mark Williams, head of shopping centre investment at DTZ, who is also leaving the group after 26 years to become asset manager at Hark Group.
