New hires at Lambert Smith Hampton and Savills
Lambert Smith Hampton has appointed Richard Duncan as senior surveyor to its Thames Valley agency team. He will join the firm’s Maidenhead office from Hicks Baker.
Duncan has more than seven years of Thames Valley agency experience, and will be responsible for working with clients that own and occupy office space and industrial property in Maidenhead, Slough and the surrounding areas.
Meanwhile Savills has added to its commercial property team in Scotland, with the appointment of Alex France and David Boyce. Both are joining the firm as associates.
France joins the investment team in Glasgow after working at DTZ in the UK and Australia. Boyce will be part of the valuation team in Edinburgh after working at Jones Lang LaSalle and CBRE, where he specialised in commercial and residential valuations for loan security. Savills’ Edinburgh office has also recently expanded its building consultancy team with the appointment of graduate Gavin Kerr.
