FirstService asks for more time to consider Colliers bid
FirstService Corporation has requested an extension to the deadline by which it must decide whether to make an offer for Colliers International, as it wants to carry out further due diligence.
The company, majority shareholder in Colliers International, first unveiled its approach on January 24. It now has until March 20 to make its bid, or walk away.
