A Kings Norton industrial estate is now fully occupied after agents DBSUK secured two new tenants for the refurbished site.

DBSUK has let Unit 7 at Wharfside Business Park, Kings Norton in Birmingham to the large Automative parts specialist Alliance Automotive UK LV Limited.

Alliance Automotive UK LV Limited a £430m turnover company, which is part of the larger GPC Europe Automotive has taken the 7,000 sq ft Unit 7 at Wharfside Business Park, Kings Norton in Birmingham.

Unit 7, featuring a large open bay warehouse with offices, new LED lighting, roller shutter door, parking and a yard, expanding its repair centres network.

Mark Darlaston, who oversaw the lettings, said “With demand for well-appointed, good-quality industrial stock within the West Midlands continuing to outstrip supply, DBSUK undertook a comprehensive refurbishment at this estate in order to capitalise on the ongoing requirement.

“Acting for the landlord, the property was advertised and let within a matter of weeks, we achieved great headline rents, securing a 10-year term on the property. Such swift deals further reinforce the benefits of investing in quality site refurbishments of properties located in the right areas.”
