Sponsored listings in Angus and Fife

Both Angus and Fife councils have property searches on their websites populated by the commercial property data listed on NovaLoca.
As part of this arrangement (to ensure they have access to the most comprehensive datasets of availability), those with commercial property in the Fife and Angus local authority areas can list the available property on NovaLoca without charge.
How to list your commercial property
If you have any available property in either Fife or Angus, please send the details through to nicky@novaloca.com and we will add the property listings for you.
Some local authority boundaries divide postcode areas, so for simplicity we are offering complimentary listings to all properties within the following postcode areas: DD4&5, DD7-11 & PH12
Updating & editing your listings
Once we have added your properties, we will supply you with details for your own admin area where you can edit your properties going forward. We will also send you an email on a monthly basis to remind you what you have listed.
Any new properties will need to be emailed to nicky@novaloca.com.
Why list your property?
There really is nothing to lose! We will add the details for you and help you keep them up-to-date. You can also expect to receive enquiries from both the council sites and NovaLoca. Remember that the councils use NovaLoca data for their inward investment enquiries. If you are not listed, you and your clients could be missing out!
What is shown within your listing?
Your complimentary listing on NovaLoca will show unlimited text and one single small image. Occupiers will be able to enquire about your property by email only (your logo, name & phone number will not show). However, full property information including all your contact details will feed through to the council websites.
