Top Performing Commercial Property Agents of 2018
In order to determine our top performing agents for 2018, we’ve looked at which companies, with 10 or more properties listed on NovaLoca, have received the highest average number of enquiries per property. Our figure for enquiries included the number of phone calls companies have received through NovaLoca, email enquiries and the number of brochure downloads (assuming an enquiry would be made for 1 in every 20 brochures downloaded). We then compared this figure to the amount of properties each company has advertised on NovaLoca.
We’ve compared our results with last year’s top 10 and outlined the results below.
