City market stirs into life
The Financial Times has commented on the number of commercial property developments that are under way in the City of London. These include projects that had previously been put on hold but are now being restarted, the paper says.
Developers are scrambling to meet the demand for office space in the City, with some predicting a severe shortage in a few years’ time.
The FT has also commented on the return of institutional funds to the resurgent market for office space for sale and to let in the City, as they seek safe havens for their investments.
