Glenny and National Grid announce Dartford letting
Glenny LLP and National Grid Property Holdings have announced the letting of a 76,000 sq ft industrial unit in Dartford. Unit D at Littlebrook Business Centre, a warehouse facility located by the QEII Bridge, has been let to road haulage firm MJD Group.
MJD Group, based in Swanscombe, describes the new unit as a “strategic satellite location”. The business has recently won a major contract and says this new lease puts it in an optimum position to deliver as well as to increase its client base.
Julian Fagan of Glenny says that while the transaction by no means signals a change to the trend of a difficult market, it does serve to demonstrate continuing occupier activity at the larger end of the scale.
