Bowyer Bryce has let Unit 26 on the Great Cambridge Industrial Estate in Enfield to Medlock Electrical Distributors at a rent of £35,120 per year subject to an outstanding rent review from March 2010. The single-storey industrial unit comprises 3,353 sq ft of warehouse space plus 92 sq ft of office space. The firm has also sold the industrial/warehouse unit at 14 Aden Road in Enfield for £520,000. The single-storey unit with parking comprises 6,174 sq ft.
In addition, Bowyer Bryce has let Unit 1 at Wrotham Business Park at a rent of £12,390 per annum. This 590 sq ft office space in Barnet is part of a conversion of Victorian farm buildings on the Wrotham Park estate, and has been let for two years to Property People. Meanwhile Timothy Lea & Griffiths has let Unit A2 on the 55 Hundred development at the Tewkesbury Business Park.
