CBRE continues to add to retail team as Jonathan Eastwood returns
Jonathan Eastwood is returning to CBRE after five years at Capital Retail. He has been appointed senior director in CBRE’s Central London agency team. At Capital Retail, he was the partner in charge of Central London agency.
CBRE’s head of UK retail, Ciaran Bird, said: “I am delighted to welcome Jonathan back to the CBRE fold – particularly given the experience he has acquired addressing key clients during five successful years at Capital Retail.”
Eastwood said he had left Capital Retail on very amicable terms. CBRE noted it had made significant investments during the past 18 months in its retail team, which currently comprises around 200 employees – an increase of 30% from 2010.
