Occupiers cut energy costs at Easter Park

Internet service provider Isrighthere Ltd has become the latest tenant to take office space in The Green at the 47,000 sq ft Easter Park in Aldermaston.

The Green includes a large amount of environmental technology which improves the building’s efficiency by up to four times. The ISP said this was one of its main reasons for relocating to the Park. Haslams and Woodford and Company advised the landlord while Michael King Commercial acted on behalf of Isrighthere.

Neil Seager at Haslams noted that specialist distributor TFE10 is also expanding its lease at the Park by an additional 1,200 sq ft, and now occupies the whole of Unit 4 totalling 2,594 sq ft. He said these two latest deals demonstrated the continued appetite from occupiers for quality product. Units are available from 2,600 sq ft to 7,400 sq ft at the Park. “These properties also have the added advantage of being able to save companies money on their energy costs,” he added.
