Ryden lets office suite in Inverness
Ryden has secured another tenant at Metropolitan House in Inverness. OBM, which provides recruitment services to the oil and gas industry, has taken Suite A1 of 1,052 sq ft of the Inverness offices in the High Street building at £10,000 per annum.
Only the 647 sq ft Suite B1 and 3,613 sq ft second floor remain available to let at Metropolitan House, which was fully refurbished in June 2012. Charlie Lawrence at Ryden noted: I hope we will be able to make further announcements shortly of further lettings in the building”.
