sbh Page & Read has let a 8,345 sq ft industrial unit in Enfield, on the Trafalgar Trading Estate, to CJB Motor Services on a ten-year lease at an annual rent of £69,500. It has also agreed the lease on a 6,670 sq ft industrial unit in Tottenham, on the Triumph Trading Estate, to PrintCo2 on a three-year lease at an annual rent of £45,331.
The firm has also agreed a number of office lettings. The 670 sq ft of Enfield office space available at Nicon House has been let to Tudor Stoneworks on a single-year lease at a rent of £14,000 while the 7,444 sq ft of second-floor office space in Cockfosters at Churchwood House has been let to Avanta Enterprise at £81,884 per year for five years. sbh Page & Read has also let a trio of offices in New Barnet: part of the fourth floor (948 sq ft) at Endeavour House has been let to Dentists Provident for ten years at £15,168 per year; part of the first floor (1,096 sq ft) in the same New Barnet office property has been leased by St Alex Ltd for five years at an annual rent of £17,536; and 2,506 sq ft on the second floor of the same building has been let to London Care plc on a ten-year lease at an annual rent of £40,100.
sbh Page & Read has also announced the sale of 4 Crossfield Chambers in Enfield. The 2,086 sq ft office property in Enfield has been sold to Bellevue Mortlakes for £490,000.
