Further letting at Glasgow Trade Park for Ryden
Ryden has announced a further letting at Glasgow Trade Park, on behalf of Silverbank Development Company. Hire Station has taken a 10-year lease on 6,006 sq ft at a rent of £6.50 per sq ft.
There is now only 10,000 sq ft of space available at the 60,000 sq ft Glasgow Trade Park, which Ryden describes as Glasgow’s premier out-of-town business park. This remaining unit can be divided into two 5,000 sq ft spaces. Ryden has concluded six deals at the Glasgow Trade Park over the past year. Senior surveyor Gregor Harvie said: “The variety, calibre and number of occupiers that we have secured at Glasgow Trade Park are directly attributable to the quality of the space available and its prime strategic location. We’ve received strong enquiries for the remaining space and I’m confident that we’ll be announcing full occupancy at Glasgow Trade Park soon.”
