NovaLoca reveal the most in demand areas for office space in the UK
Research undertaken by NovaLoca has revealed the most sought after areas for office space in each region of the UK.
Using data from Google Analytics to cross-examine the search term ‘office space’ with the names of over 15,000 towns and areas across the UK, over a one month period, NovaLoca were able to identify the most sought after locations in the country.
The results showed that Mayfair is the most in-demand location in Greater London, while Oxford and Brighton were the top searches in the south east and Bristol placed first in the south west.
Sheffield and Birmingham were the most sought after areas in the East and West Midlands respectively, while Manchester topped the north west and Leeds had the most searches in the north east.
Cardiff and Swansea were placed first and second in Wales, while Glasgow was ahead of Edinburgh in Scotland.
