NovaLoca at the annual IAS Christmas dinner
NovaLoca attended and sponsored the IAS (Industrial Agents Society) annual Christmas dinner this week, enjoying an evening of fantastic entertainment, food and business opportunities.
Located in the marvellous Park Lane Hotel in Piccadilly, guests were greeted to a champagne reception on arrival, sponsored by SEGRO, before settling in for the main event.
Outgoing IAS Chairman Darren Cheeseman opened proceedings and then subsequently passed the mantle on to his successor, Tim Clement of JLL.
The entertainment began with a game of heads and tails, with guests getting in the party spirit by trying to guess correctly a coin toss by touching their head, or their tail, until two winners remained.
Topping the evening’s entertainment was comedian Simon Evans, who provided more than enough laughs to the thoroughly satisfied guests.
Also performing were Irish two piece Abandoman, an improv act who proved to be witty and original, with their folk-rap style and on-the-spot comedy which suitably left the guests in stitches.
Finally, there was also a charity raffle and auction, all for the National Autistic Society. Signed football shirts, sporting photos, One Direction images and boxing gloves were just some of the items available.
As quoted by one of the NovaLoca team, “a great venue, great food and great entertainment.”
All in all, a great evening.
