Battersea Power Station’s impressive new offices
Images have been released of London’s newest office host spot, the former site of Battersea Power Station.
More than 1m sq ft of new office space is now available for letting, including 470,000 sq ft in the regenerated power station itself. Battersea is part of the wider Nine Elms development, a £15bn regeneration project covering 482 acres of space south of the Thames.
The development will also provide housing, restaurants, cafes, bars and an exciting new business hub for London.
The Battersea offices will include a Sky Garden on the roof of Switch House East, which will feature outside spaces for meetings.
Commenting on the offices, chief executive of Battersea Power Station Development Corporation, Rob Tincknell, said: “The power station is at the heart of this new urban quarter for London and offers businesses a very special opportunity to re-locate.”
“For over fifty years the power station was a hard-working engine room of London and we have designed its upper floors to be a powerhouse of the future with state-of-the-art work and shared spaces to fuel imagination.”
CBRE and Knight Frank are the office agents on the project, and you can view CBRE’s NovaLoca listings here and Knight Frank’s here.
