Sponsored Listings on NovaLoca
Angus Council are sponsoring free listings within their local authority area effective 10th March 2016 ongoing.
Although some local authority boundaries divide postcode areas, for simplicity free listings are available to all properties within the following postcode areas: DD4-5 & 7-11 & PH12.
Any other areas that become eligible will be posted here.
If you have a property within one of the sponsored areas that you would like to add to NovaLoca free of charge please email it to nicky@novaloca.com clearly stating that you would like to add the property as a ‘free sponsored listing’, specifying the council name. Please note that only very basic information about the property will appear on NovaLoca (no company branding with enquiries coming through by email only). However, where applicable full information will be fed through to councils to be displayed within any property search they may have on their website.
If you require additional information or would like to know more about how you can sponsor the listings in your local area, please contact Chris or Miranda by email or phone 01767 313 380.
Between June 2012 and November 30th 2015, property in Scotland could be added to NovaLoca free of charge. These free listings showed basic information only and were effectively ‘sponsored’ by Scottish Enterprise. Scottish Enterprise were paying only to access reports of availability. In order to provide this, NovaLoca chose to give agents the additional benefit of free listings on their open website. Providing free sponsored listings gave a great inward investment benefit for Scotland, helping agents, businesses and local councils to advertise and access a comprehensive list of availability. In April 2020 Scottish Enterprise began using NovaLoca again to create availability reports, this new contract does not include free listings more info
Fife Council sponsored free listings within their local authority area between the 1st April 2016 and the 31st March 2020, free listings are no longer available in Fife.
