- Properties manually renewed to create email alerts sent out to registered occupiers with matching requirements. New properties are automatically sent out in email alerts within 24 hours of being added to the website. We currently have approximately 40,000 registered requirements.
- Properties manually exact located on map.
- Searchable unique descriptive text added to listings to help ensure your properties are found.
- You will receive a monthly “Update your Properties” email which we hope will help you to keep your property listings regularly up-to-date (This feature is not applicable where data feeds are being used).
- We send mid-term stats emails so you can see how your properties are performing & how we have been promoting your listings on NovaLoca.
- Access given to our full reporting suite offering availability schedules & excel exports (helping with your own property display, acquisitions & comps).
- Data feeds checked every 2 weeks.
- Data Feeds have full comparisons carried out every 3 months.
