Good News from our Agents
Despite these difficult times NovaLoca has continued to see many of its agents make successful deals. Here’s a few recent ones:
Nick Reeve of Curchod & Co reported on the recently advised letting of retail warehouse space at Hawthorn House, Romans Business Park in East Street, Farnham to Parker Fine Art Auctions. Parker Fine Art Auctions will open for valuations and to consigners from 1st July.
Alex Bellion of Owen Shipp told us of two items they have completed: “the sale of a Grade II listed public house in Farnham at £415k (for owner occupation for a lighting retailer) and the letting of a double nursery unit at an estate in Swallowfield’s to an events company at asking price, where, despite the market conditions, we had very good demand for the space. The Tenant taking Swallowfields occupation is one of the sectors hit the hardest. We’ve seen demand for out of town space increase when compared to town centre enquiries over the last few months.”
And Steve Macdermott of Jaggard Macland announced that despite lockdown they saw the sale of 23 High Street, Tring, a development / investment opportunity for a figure above the asking price and the “clients expectations.”
