After a short period of marketing White Rose Chartered Surveyors are delighted to have secured upon behalf of the owners a new letting to Nuovo Foods Limited who are relocating from Birmingham by expanding their operations into West Bromwich.
The high quality modern warehouse building which fronts the Black Country New Road (A41) benefits from an eaves height of 9m and will be used as a fully racked central distribution hub for Nuovo to serve their customers nationwide.
