As part of their inward investment work, Scottish Enterprise assist businesses with finding suitable commercial property across Scotland. This work requires access to a comprehensive database of available commercial property. With specific search and reporting requirements Scottish Enterprise put the work out to tender, with NovaLoca being officially awarded the new contract on the 8th April 2020.
Scottish Enterprise exclusively use NovaLoca to provide information to their clients about commercial property availability in Scotland. By listing your available Scottish commercial property on NovaLoca your property will be included in searches & reports for Scottish Enterprise.
If you are not already listing with us you can add properties individually or if you have 5 or more to list it might be worth taking out a subscription, these start at just £660 +vat per annum and cover up to 30 properties.
