Shepherd Chartered Surveyors’ latest commercial property auction features lots from Railway Paths, Aberdeen City Council, Forestry & Land Scotland, and Transport Scotland going under the hammer in a live-streamed auction on Thursday 7th September at 2:30pm.
Amongst the lots for sale are two areas of land in Linlithgow north and south of Almond Road being sold on behalf of Railway Paths at guide prices of £3,500 and £8,500.
In Aberdeen is the former St Peter’s Nursery is set in an attractive location within the historic Old Aberdeen conservation area and within walking distance of Aberdeen University. Offering potential for redevelopment, subject to planning, it has a guide price of £60,000.
Also in Aberdeen is a former seven-bedroom care home at 43 King’s Gate. A traditional detached granite building set over three floors, the property offers scope for conversion to residential use, subject to planning, at a guide price of £199,000.
Both properties are being sold on behalf of Aberdeen City Council.
Acting on behalf of Forestry & Land Scotland, the auction features two areas of land in Torinturk and Dalmally. Site 3 in Torinturk is located adjacent to the main road through the village with Dalmally being a popular destination for tourists seeking outdoor pursuits. Guide prices are £5,000 and £7,000.
And located at the edge of the semi-rural village of Ecclefechan, Lockerbie and adjacent to Junction 19 of the A74, is over six acres of agricultural land and woodland. With a guide price of £25,000, the land is being sold on behalf of Transport Scotland.
