Scotland

Back in February we presented an analysis of demand & supply for commercial property in Scotland, looking at variations across regions & property types.

In June Graham + Sibbald shared Glasgow Industrial and Retail Market Overviews while Ryden explored Decoding Current Trends and Dynamics of Glasgow’s Occupier Office Market.

South East

In January SHW’s Q1 2024 South East Industrial Focus reported robust and rising rents across the South East Industrial market. In October they reported on Brighton’s resilience in the South East Office Market. Eightfold Property also noted market confidence in Brighton and Sussex that same month with their article: “Confidence & positivity in the market seems to be coming from both sides”. In March Curchod & Co highlighted resilience and adaptation remaining key features of the Surrey and North Hampshire office market followed by a July H2 2024 Office Market Review examining historic lows in office market stock and rising rents across Surrey and North Hampshire.

May 24 saw Butters Associates consider the Improving marketplace in NW Surrey.

Hurst Warne released their Office Market Report Guildford H1 2024 to NovaLoca in September 2024 and Allan Pickering Divisional Director/Head of Hampshire Commercial Agency & Investments for Goadsby reported on how Hampshire remains robust with strong levels of demand and take up across most sectors.

West Midlands

In May Tutis Estate’s Jag Singh Chaggar wrote about Unveiling Coventry: A Promising Hub for Commercial Property Investment.

London Markets

USP London shared a July London South Bank Office Market Q2 2024 Update.

South Coast Markets

Industrial Sector
