Having been to their London Restaurant in Leicester Square it was brand I could see fitting in really well in Brighton. In addition, we are seeing demand from other national operators continue following in the footsteps of Dishoom & Ivy Asia as well as an array of amazing independent operators.
It seems that despite rising costs for operators Brighton continues to draw a thriving customer base both from local business as well as a continuous tourist trade.
With other new additions to Brighton including Flannels, Wendy’s, Popeyes, TGB Spa & Ikea eagerly anticipated it looks like the future is bright for Brighton, lets hope the sunshine is too!
