The site is accessed via Whittingham Lane to the north. Land to the south and east the site is currently being development by Stuart Milne Homes whilst the M6 borders the western boundary.
Description
A partially completed residential development site of 61 houses located off Whittingham Lane, Broughton. The site was developed by Stonewell Property Company Limited. The houses were being marketed under the branding of Hollinwood Homes and the construction works were undertaken by Marcus Worthington & Co.

Boulton’s Harrison’s Ltd (Building Consultants) have undertaken a detailed analysis of the site in relation to construction progress, statutory compliance, warranty provision and cost to complete. Planning
Consent for 61 no. houses and associated works (including access) was granted on 7th July 2016 under application number 06/2015/0816. Consent was granted subject to 26 conditions and a detailed overview of the status of these conditions can be found within our dedicated datasite.
Preston City Council were one of the first councils to adopt a local plan and therefore the site has a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL). Interested parties are encouraged to make their own investigations regarding outstanding CIL payments and we shall endeavour to assist these enquiries where possible.
