Following Closing Date - A shortlist of bidders will be identified and issued with detailed technical information which can be used to present a final bid. A final closing date for the second stage bid process will be notified to shortlisted bidders in due course.

Once a preferred bidder is selected, final authority to proceed with the disposal will be required from NLC’s Finance & Resources committee. The committee date will be confirmed following the second stage bid review. The final legal offer production will be by agreement between the council and the preferred bidder.
