Clyde Gateway East is situated approximately 4 miles south east of Glasgow City Centre.  The development occupies a strategic location adjacent to the four way Fullarton Road junction of the M74 which provides links between Glasgow Airport, M77 & M8 to the West.  The buiness is directly accessed from the A74 London Road, one of the city's main arterial routes.

Public transport is provided via regular bus services on London Road and by rail at Carmyle Station within half a mile of the site.  Pedestrian and cycle access is also provided, including paths to the Rivger Clyde Walkway, providing new walkway and clycle routes to the 2014 Commonwealth Games Village and to Cambuslang.
