The Opportunity
Phase 2 of residential land comprises 2.06 Ha (5.1 acres). Bellway Homes secured the necessary planning consent in September 2014 for the erection of 61 homes with associated parking and garaging including the provision of public open space, infrastructure and extended balancing lagoon. The approved scheme provides for a high quality residential development incorporating a mix of types, styles and sizes of houses including the required 40% affordable housing on site.
Bellway Homes will seek to agree with the chosen developer an appropriate mechanism to ensure that Phase 2 is delivered to an agreed timetable.
