Location

PLANNING
The site has the benefit of outline planning permission (Ref: PAP/2017/0108) dated 6th November 2018 for the demolition of existing industrial buildings and construction of 10 dwellings with associated access and parking.
A Section 106 Agreement between North Warwickshire Borough Council and D S Johnston Properties Ltd has been completed and is dated 23rd October 2018. The purchaser will be obliged to contribute £14,500 towards enhancements to local public space.
NB: There is no requirement to provide social housing.
