Slough is one of the principal towns in the Thames Valley lying on the M4 Corridor approximately 20 miles west of Central London and 19 miles north east of Reading. It lies immediately to the north of the M4 motorway, from which it can be accessed via junctions 5, 6 and 7. The M25 intersection (junction 15) lies approximately 4 miles to the east and the M40 motorway lies about 8 miles to the north accessible at junction 2. Slough railway station provides regional and national rail services including regular services to London Paddington with a journey time of 15 minutes and London Heathrow Airport lies approximately 5 miles to the south west.
Churchill Road lies within the suburb of Langley approximately 2 miles east of Slough town centre and just to the north of junction 5 of the M4 motorway, which is accessed via the A4 (London Road). The property lies on the west side of Churchill Road with the entrance being situated between Numbers 75 and 77 Churchill Road diagonally opposite its junction with Denny Road in a predominantly residential location. Additonal access is via the entrance to Broom House, which is off Reddington Drive to the south of the site.
