The compound is completely enclosed by a 2.4m green welded mesh fencing (security type), with lockable gates for both entry and exit. Entry to the wider bus compound area is via a timber gate (lockable).

There is full CCTV on site, and the compound / chargers are accessible 24 hours a day.

The current planning permission is as a Bus Charging Depot.
