Location

The park fronts onto the Northern side of the A44, approximately half a mile to the west of the site is the A46 Evesham Bypass. The A46 links to Evesham and to Junction 9 of the M5 motorway at Tewkesbury approximately 15 miles south west and via the A44 to Junction 6 & 7 of the M5 motorway by Worcester, some 15 miles in a north westerly direction.
 
Travelling eastwards, the A44 is the link from the Evesham Bypass to the Cotswolds, therefore the property benefits from a high volume of passing traffic. The area surrounding the site is predominantly agricultural, with Wickhamford village just 1.5 miles distant, 6 miles beyond lies the Cotswold village of Broadway, commonly referred to as the 'Jewel of the Cotswolds'.
