The subjects enjoy a good quality town centre location on the southern side of Manor Street, immediately to the East of its junction with Kirk Wynd and North of Falkirk’s pedestrianised High Street. The surrounding area is given over to a variety of commercial and retail usage with nearby occupiers including The Wellington Public House, The Artisan Tap, Coral Bookmakers and William Hill.
Falkirk itself comprises an important town within Central Scotland lying midway between Edinburgh and Glasgow, forming the main administrative centre for the surrounding district. As such the town provides extensive retail, leisure and local government facilities having a resident population of over 38,000 people at the census of 2011. The location of the subjects is shown on the appended plan.
