Milton Keynes is located 22 miles south of Northampton, 72 miles south-east of Birmingham and 51 miles north-west of London. Bletchley is a constituent town of Milton Keynes and is located south-west of the city. The M1 motorway (Junctions 13 & 14), A5 and A421 as well as Luton Airport, 22 miles to the south-east, provide excellent transport links to the town. Bletchley mainline station is a short walk from the property and has a fastest journey time to London (Euston) of approximately 37 minutes.
The property is situated on the corner of Chandos Place with Duncombe Street, at the roundabout on the south side of the A4034 within the town centre. Brunel shopping centre is immediately to the east of the property in this mixed use area that is currently undergoing improvements and redevelopment.
Bletchley Park, once a top secret home of the World War II code-breakers is also close by and now provides a vibrant local heritage attraction for visitors.
