Parkgate is a suburb of Rotherham lying approximately 1.5 miles north of Rotherham town centre. It can be accessed via the A633 and A6123, which in turn provide access to junctions 33 and 34 of the M1 motorway via the A6178 and A630. Rotherham Central railway station provides regional rail services and the area is also served by the Tram Train that links with Parkgate Shopping Centre. Additionally numerous bus routes serve the area.
Broad Street forms part of the A633 with the property forming part of an established parade on the east side of the road near its junction with Lloyd Street. Notable nearby occupiers include Aldi and Iceland.
