Location Highlights



The property is situated on a minor country lane, approximately 50 metres from its junction with the B4585, around 100 metres south of its junction with the A4139, which is the main A road serving the southern part of the Pembrokeshire coast. The park lies on the north west fringe of the coastal village of Manorbier and is within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

Manorbier (population 1,327) is a popular coastal village noted for its Norman castle and sandy beach. The village contains a range of amenities and has the benefit of a railway station on the Pembrokeshire dock branch of the West Wales line with a regular service to Swansea. Tenby is approximately 4 miles to the east. Tenby (population 4,696) is a popular seaside town with the benefit of two beaches separated by a headland. The town is located on the county's southern coastline and is within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

From Tenby, Carmarthen is 26 miles to the north east with junction 49 of the M4 Motorway, a further 16 miles distant with Swansea 21 miles beyond.

The property presently comprises a caravan and camping holiday park. The park is on two levels with the static caravans occupying the lower level within a small valley with the touring area above. Both sections have their own separate entrance. The touring field has the benefit of electrical hook up points.

The static area is on three levels with the lower part presently occupied by a reception/ shop and workshop. Both are within timber framed and clad buildings under mono pitched felted roofs. Beyond the reception block is the middle tier set in the side of an embankment. The upper tier is generally level with a centrally located limestone out crop. The park is serviced by a series of roads laid to hard core. Adjoining the reception is a WC block that is now used for storage.
