Totnes is a popular and historic market town and administrative centre of the South Hams in South Devon, being renowned as an area of outstanding natural beauty.
The town is approximately 22 miles (45.5 km) to the south-west of Exeter, 24 miles (39.3 km) to the east of Plymouth and six miles (11.2 km) to the west of Torbay. The last reported population was 8,076.
The Bull Inn is at the very top of the High Street and has good visibility as you approach the town centre from the South. There is a strong independent retail and caf culture.
The Bull Inn is a two storey stone built property on the corner of Totnes High Street and Rotherfold. The property has a render finish and hipped welsh slate roof. The building is grade II listed and believed to date from mid to late 19th century. The site has traded as a traditional one bar operation with open plan trade area on the ground floor. The upper floors provide for up to eight bedrooms and may suit sub division (subject to planning consent).
