Location Highlights
The property is situated on Crookes Lane, approximately 100 metres from its junction with Beach Road and around 200 metres north of Kewstoke Village Centre. The village contains a range of amenities including a convenience store, fish and chip shop and public house. The surrounding area beyond Beach Road is predominantly low lying flat agricultural land.
Kewstoke (population 1,690) is a small village set at the southern end of Sand Bay at the foot of Worlebury Hill, Weston Super Mare is situated 2 miles to the south on the opposite side of the hill.
Weston Super Mare (population 76,143) is a popular seaside town, which is the main administrative and retail centre for North Somerset. The M5 motorway passes alongside the town's eastern boundary with junction 22 situated approximately 5 miles east of its centre. It also has the benefit of a railway station with regular train services to Bristol, Cardiff and Taunton. Due to the town's good transport links, it is also a popular residential location. Bristol is 25 miles to the north east and Taunton 25 miles to the south.
