The Basildon East Square development is the heart of the wider town centre regeneration programme creating a brand new leisure square for the town centre.

Basildon benefits from being the second largest economy in the Thames Gateway after Canary Wharf with a core shopper population of 214,000.

The premises are to be made available by way of an agreement for a new lease term on an effectively fully repairing and insuring basis.
