The bus station and mainline train station are located some five minutes walking distance to the north of the subjects. This gives the hotel an enviable position within the city. A new full repairing and insuring lease is offered to the market withi an initial rent of £45,000 per annum. It is our expectation that the tenant will take a 10 year lease with a 3 year rent review pattern although terms are negotiable.
