Cherry Tree Nursery is a converted farmhouse which has been altered and extended to provide the current accommodation. Fitted and equipped to a high standard throughout, the nursery provides five main rooms; four at ground level and one at first floor level.
The security door entrance system within the entrance porch ensures all visitors to the nursery are monitored. This is within the entrance hallway from which the various rooms are accessed. The rooms are all well presented and finished to a quality standard. There are childrens toilet facilities and changing areas in addition to preparation areas for provision of food and snacks.
The Sunflower room accommodates seven children from 3 – 5 years.
The Bluebell room which is spacious with a sleeping area caters for 6 babies from birth to around age one.
The Cherry Blossom Room is a large room to the rear of the property overlooking the garden and is set up for 12 children from 2 – 3 years.
The Buttercup room completes the ground floor accommodation with 9 children age 1 – 2years.
There is a further pre school room at first floor level know as he Snowdrop room and is can accommodate 8 children age 3 – 5 years. There is a separate toilet for the childrens use.
Completing the accommodation is a large staff room/kitchen and office.
Located to the rear of the property is a full enclosed garden which is predominantly grassed and has a sensory area, and play house. To the front of the property is staff and parent parking. CCTV has been installed around the perimeter of the nursery.
Location
The nursery is located virtually adjacent to junction 5 of the M9 motorway, accessed off the Lauriston Bypass (A9) which is the main road leading into Falkirk from the M9. As such, it is ideally positioned for those working locally and also commuting further afield.
Situated opposite to the nursery is a Klondyke Garden Centre, Cadgers Brae Brewers Fayre and Falkirk East Premier Inn. The property is adjacent to the Chianti Italian restaurant, set back from the road and on the right hand side of the A9 heading towards Falkirk town centre.
Polmont is a residential suburb of Falkirk lying three miles to the West of the town centre. Grangemouth is also located approximately two miles to the North.
