Aberfeldy Caravan Park occupies a highly attractive location, bounded to the north by the River Tay and south by the A827.   Situated 39 miles north west of Perth, 14 miles south west of Pitlochry and 6 miles east of Loch Tay, Aberfeldy is highly accessible attractive town, situated on the A827 which joins the busy A85 Trossachs Route to the A9. 
Extending to 3.13 ha/7.7 acres, there are up to 128 caravan pitches, of which approximately 50% are seasonal,  each of the pitches has an electrical hook up point (10 Amp).  The season runs from March to October.

Aberfeldy Caravan & Camping Park is to be offered on a lease.  The lease terms are subject to negotiation between parties. 
Marketing of the property will comprise 2 stages:
Stage 1: An open marketing campaign for a period of time to allow prospective developers to come forward with expressions of interest.  At the end of Stage 1, a closing date will be announced and interested parties will be invited to submit their expressions of interest.
Stage 2: All parties who have expressed an interest will then be given an additional period of time with a further closing date to submit full legal offers, supported by a full business case.
